What We Do

At Flowbility Therapeutics our work is about holding space for the body to reset. Through intentional bodywork we create an environment where your body can begin doing what it already knows how to do. Release tension, restore balance, and return home.

Our Services

Ashiatsu Massage

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique where slow, controlled pressure is applied using the feet. The broad surface of the foot allows for deeper work across larger areas of the body without the sharp or pointed pressure that can come from elbows or thumbs.

This technique is especially effective for releasing tension through the back, hips, and legs while encouraging the body to soften and reset. Ashiatsu helps create space in the tissue, improve circulation, and support natural movement patterns.

Integrative Bodywork

Integrative massage therapy is a customized approach to bodywork that blends different techniques based on what the body needs that day. Rather than following one set style, this work allows space to address tension patterns, mobility restrictions, nervous system stress, and areas that are asking for more support.

Fire Cupping & Gua Sha

Fire cupping and gua sha are traditional techniques rooted in Chinese medicine that work with the fascia and soft tissue to release restriction and improve circulation. Fire cupping uses glass cups to create suction that gently lifts and separates the tissue, while gua sha uses a smooth tool to glide along the body and break up areas of stagnation.

Together these techniques help bring fresh blood flow to the area, support tissue health, and encourage the body to release patterns of chronic tension so movement can return more naturally.

Craniosacral Therapy

Upledger Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Developed by osteopathic physician Dr. John Upledger, this approach uses light touch to help release restrictions in the body, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.

Craniosacral Therapy is often used to support relief from chronic pain, tension, stress, headaches, and nervous system dysregulation. By creating space for the body to unwind deeply held patterns, CST can help restore balance and promote a greater sense of ease throughout the whole body.
