Flowbility was born from personal experience with injury, recovery, and learning to truly listen to the body.
Built through years of athletic training and real life healing, Flowbility comes from an understanding that the body holds more than tight muscles. It holds patterns. It holds stress. It holds the way we have learned to brace, push through, and keep going. Over time, and through multiple injuries including a cervical spine fracture, it became clear that healing is not just about strength or discipline. It requires patience, awareness, and a nervous system that feels safe enough to let go.
Massage therapy became the place where this understanding took shape.
Flowbility is rooted in a simple belief: effective bodywork is not about forcing change. It is about creating the conditions for the body to change itself. Sessions blend deep tissue and sports massage, Ashiatsu barefoot massage, fascial and trigger point work, craniosacral techniques, and supportive tools such as gua sha and fire cupping. Every session is guided by what the body is ready for, not by a rigid protocol.
The therapists who practice here work from these same principles, so the experience feels consistent no matter who you are seeing. When you walk through the door, you can settle into a space built on trust, presence, and skilled care, with work that meets you exactly where you are.
Our Team
A former freeride mountain bike athlete, she brings lived experience of impact, injury, and recovery into her work. Sierrah’s work is rooted in deep, integrative bodywork that meets the body where it is. Her sessions blend Ashiatsu barefoot massage, deep tissue and sports massage, fascial and trigger point work, and craniosacral techniques, with supportive tools such as gua sha or fire cupping when appropriate. Guided by the nervous system and the body’s readiness, her approach focuses on creating lasting change rather than quick fixes, supporting both recovery and long-term resilience.

Meghan brings a strong athletic foundation and the same Flowbility principles into every session. A former Division I collegiate tennis athlete, she understands repetitive strain, performance demands, and recovery from years of high-level training.
Her sessions balance effective therapeutic work with a natural flow that invites deep rest and nervous system downshift, allowing the body to integrate change rather than brace against it. The result is work that is both powerful and calming—supporting recovery, mobility, and whole-body balance.

Client Reviews
“Hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have been dealing with a chronic (3 year long) injury that has defied fixing from numerous PT's and has kept me from riding my mountain bike for more than a few miles at a time. She was extremely intentional with how we structured our approach to fixing the issue and after just a few sessions she got me back on my bike! I have followed her from one Studio to Flowbility and would 100% follow her again. If you are looking for the best sports massage in town or are trying to fix a pesky injury, she is your person.”
“Incredible intuitive bodywork! Sierrah incorporates many effective techniques tailored towards your specific needs, and every session leaves you feeling like you’ve been transformed into a better version of yourself. As a competitive athlete who’s recovering from a serious injury, I can’t say enough good things about the work we’ve been doing. If you have a chance to book here don’t hesitate!”
“I went to at least 15 other massage therapists before finding Flowbility. Sierrah is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, skilled and caring practitioner I've had. She has an uncanny ability to find the root cause of an ongoing issue and fix it, while at the same time creates a space of relaxation and peace. I cannot recommend her enough; she's a miracle worker.”
